Koelker Excavating was born out of a simple belief: do good work, and good work will come. Founded by Ron Koelker, the company was passed down to his son Nick in 2020. With a second-generation mindset and boots-on-the-ground leadership, Koelker Excavating has grown through trust, referrals, and repeat business.
Today, we serve some of Iowa’s top developers and general contractors, delivering consistent results across civil, commercial, and residential construction projects.
